As a Director of Photography, my labor rate is typically $1,500 for a 10 hour day based within 2 hours of Harrisburg Pennsylvania. If the production is over 2 hours away, a hotel fee of $225.00 applies. Camera operator rates are $900 / 10 and Gaffer Rates are $850 / 10.

You bet. As the owner of Lampcandy Rentals, I have access to multiple grip trucks including 1,2 and 3-ton Grip Packages. Along with Grip, I can provide most lighting needs for productions we are involved in.
