Aysa and Martin Foot and Ankle, thank you for the opportunity to quote a project with you and create a broadcast ad to help clients learn more about Martin Foot and Ankle.

Goal: Our goal is to implement Martin Foot and Ankle’s 60 second spot. We want to assist Martin Foot and Ankle in their awareness campaign about the right in choosing your healthcare provider.

Services Provided: The services to be provided is a One (1) day video shoot and One (1) 60 second broadcast ad.

Camera movement would be on a tripod to create a similar frame between each scene. The camera would have a teleprompter setup for each talent, minimizing the amount of time for each on screen talent.
Martin Foot and Ankle would be providing the script to be used one week before the scheduled shoot date. Chris and I would have a conversation with Aysa to firm up and details in regards to the shoot.
When thinking locations, we want to be assured that we can create a bright and airy looking location so it leaves the viewing with bright image of Martin Foot and Ankle.

Pre-Production - 2 Hour On-Site Meeting included
Location Scout - Matt Stambaugh will provide a 2 hour location scout + meeting with Martin Foot and Ankle to create the shoot schedule + plan.

Production Day - $3,200.00
Includes up to 10 hours on Site
Crew of Four // Director, DP, Gaffer and Grip
Gear Included: Red Digital Cinema Camera, Lenses, Audio, Lighting
Post Production - $1,200.00
Post Production to be fully completed by Andrew Baer. You would be in direct contact with Andrew to complete the project. Matt will be available if necessary.
We are including a total of 16 hours in our Post-Production. If we exceed over 16 hours due to revisions, there would be an hourly charge of $60/hr.
